[Update] We've implemented additional protections to mitigate the DDoS attack. We're continuing to monitor the situation. Page load speeds remain stable for the majority of customers.

We found that the issue was caused by a denial-of-service attack on one of our customers' site. We've taken measures to block the offending traffic and the platform is now back online and fully restored.

Problems with one-click signing

We've identified a recent configuration change as the source of the problems with one-click signing. Rolling back that change has resolved the problem, and one-click signing should be working normally now.

From around 6:20 to 6:30 PM (US Eastern time), some members attempting to visit customer sites experienced timeouts. This was due to an infrastructure issue, which we have mitigated. We are taking steps to avoid this issue happening again and apologize for the inconvenience.
