The problem is resolved and things should be working normally again.

[Update] We've implemented additional protections to mitigate the DDoS attack. We're continuing to monitor the situation. Page load speeds remain stable for the majority of customers.

We found that the issue was caused by a denial-of-service attack on one of our customers' site. We've taken measures to block the offending traffic and the platform is now back online and fully restored.

The platform has returned to normal, and pages should be loading in a normal amount of time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
