We've identified a recent configuration change as the source of the problems with one-click signing. Rolling back that change has resolved the problem, and one-click signing should be working normally now.

Brief outage for sites hosted in the US datacenter

From around 6:20 to 6:30 PM (US Eastern time), some members attempting to visit customer sites experienced timeouts. This was due to an infrastructure issue, which we have mitigated. We are taking steps to avoid this issue happening again and apologize for the inconvenience.
Infrastructure upgrades in the EU datacenter

Outage in the US datacenter

The issue has been resolved, and page load times should be back to normal.
The root cause was a denial-of-service attack on one of our customers, taking advantage of inadequate rate limiting on a particular endpoint. We've fixed the rate limiting to prevent this from happening again, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
