We have completed our maintenance for today. Service has been fully restored and the site is fully operational for both our US and EU services.

However, we ran into an unexpected issue when upgrading our US servers, which we had not experienced in our test run in December or in our EU upgrade. We'll need to schedule a second maintenance window to complete the planned upgrade of the US servers. We'll notify customers about the data and time of that maintenance window once we've confirmed the necessary steps.

Site access has been restored for US and EU data centers. Access to bulk data API is currently not available but will be restored shortly.
