We have completed all the maintenance steps, and the platform is fully operational again. Everything should be working normally.

For customers hosted in the EU datacenter, the platform is back online.
In the US datacenter, maintenance is still in progress, but we still expect to finish on time.

We'll be upgrading our infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance over the coming year. The maintenance window will begin at 9am ET (14:00 UTC) and will last for 4.5 hours. We expect the platform to become sporadically unavailable during this maintenance. Updates will be posted on this status page as maintenance progresses.
