We're continuing to monitor this incident but service from Dyn seems to be returning to normal -- at least from the monitoring we've been able to do.
We've also implemented a secondary DNS service provider that should propagate across the internet over the coming days and help keep the service working if Dyn's issues persist.

We're continuing to monitor the situation, and recommend visiting https://www.dynstatus.com/
for the most up to date information.
From the statistics we've been able to gather, customer traffic has been able to flow through to the ControlShift platform sporadically, as Dyn works to mitigate the DDOS targeted against their infrastructure. This outage has affected a number of internet sites including Twitter, Paypal, and Github all of whom also use Dyn as a managed DNS service provider.
In addition to the platform availability issues, this outage is also affecting the reliable delivery of email to our support address and this page.

Our DNS service provider is experiencing another DDoS attack: https://www.dynstatus.com/
. Customer sites may have degraded performance and/or intermittent outages until this incident is resolved. We'll update this page when we know more.
