Scheduled - To mitigate the heavy load incident we saw on Wednesday (20 June) we performed an emergency increase of the platform's cache size. Now that the large bulk job has been completed, we need to return to our normal cache size. We'll perform this update on Sunday 24 June at noon ET. We expect this maintenance to take approximately 10 minutes, during which the platform may become sporadically unavailable. We'll post updates here.

Update - Our queue of background jobs has emptied. Acknowledgment emails, etc., are being delivered in their normal timeframes again.

Monitoring - Due to a large bulk job, some acknowledgement emails and other background jobs are running up to 12 hours behind. We anticipate that we will catch up in the next few hours. All these jobs are safely in the queue; they're just running a little late.

Resolved - Our backlog of background jobs has fully cleared and operations have returned to normal. We're sorry for the connection issues, and we're planning updates to help prevent this situation from happening again.

Monitoring - We've finished upgrading our infrastructure, and the sporadic errors on the web should be gone. Background jobs are still delayed, but we're slowly bringing up background workers to work through the backlog. No data has been lost.

Identified - Heavy load has overwhelmed a piece of infrastructure used for background jobs and some statistics. We are upgrading to a larger cache size, but there may be errors in the meantime, and background jobs will be delayed.
